Mediation is a process assisted by a neutral third-party who is a trained professional. Parties who participate in mediation can creatively craft solutions based upon their individual family’s needs. Mediation can be a cost-effective alternative to litigation.
Our attorneys can also advise clients who are participating in mediation with another mediator. This is otherwise known as a consulting attorney.
Please keep in mind that a mediator cannot give legal advice. Thus, if our attorneys are acting as mediators and not as a consulting attorney for a party in mediation then no legal advice can or will be provided.
Mediation and/or consulting services are available in all areas of family law and, at times, even some of the other areas of services that we offer.
