Douglas Bolsover
Bio
Douglas is a native of New York state. He grew up in Boulder, Colorado, then moved to the San Francisco Bay area. He and his wife chose Sacramento to live and raise their children. They have been in the Sacramento area for over 20 years.
During the twilight of a 30-year career as an Aviation Maintenance Technician, Douglas set his sights toward the practice of law as a means to fulfill a lifelong ambition of helping people. When his youngest child went to high school he seized the opportunity to return to school. He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Professional Aeronautics. Afterwards, he juggled a full-time job, household duties, caring for his first granddaughter, and attending night classes at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. During law school, he volunteered as mentor and advocate for a youth in foster care as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children.
Before joining the Law Office of Tiffany L. Andrews P.C., Douglas practiced Family Law at a firm in Rocklin. He then started a solo practice which included Estate Planning and Consumer Law. His lifetime of experience dealing with deadlines, limited resources, and managing divergent interests brings a unique skill set to the practice of law.
When not in the office, Douglas can be found with his wife, children, and grandchildren enjoying a variety of activities on or in the water, exploring the Sierra foothills, or traveling.
