Bio

Nick F. Forooghi has been in continuous practice of law for over eighteen years. Family law has been the primary area of his practice throughout these years, and he also has experience in other civil and civil appellate matters. Nick is also passionate about the academic side of study and teaching of a variety of areas of law, ethics and related philosophies. He has served as a professor of law and ethics, and a law school administrator as well. This has been part of his life for about as many years as he has been a practicing attorney.

In practice of family law, and matters arising in Dissolution of Marriage (Divorce), Mr. Forooghi believes in helping people navigate the most difficult times of their lives and their family’s transition into a peaceful and stable future.

In his personal time Nick composes and plays music, and sings once in a while. He loves reading and community service and involvement. He still teaches part time on some weekends and nights just to enjoy that world and stay connected with university life and rewards of teaching a classroom full of students eager to learn. He has some great human friends, and loves his family, but his dog Finnegan (Finn to his close friends) is also his best friend and companion.
